We recommend downloading this first so you can follow along and track your progress as you complete each step.

Start with your Luminary Profile.
This helps us prepare your onboarding, account setup, and launch materials. Please make sure all information is accurate and complete so we can properly activate your access and support your launch.
An email has been sent to you with the link to complete your profile form. Make sure to complete this step to move forward on the next phase of your onboarding.
Important:
Your Google Workspace and platform access will be created after this step is completed.
If you have not received an email, please check your spam and junk, otherwise, please contact support.

Once your profile is completed, your account access will be prepared.

You’ll receive your Nexion account details

Google Workspace access is typically provided within 24 hours.
Nexion access is typically provided within 5 business days.
Important: Your Nexion access will be sent to your Go Travel Community Gmail.You’ll receive separate instructions once your accounts are ready.

Nexion is our official host agency and the core platform you’ll use as a Luminary.
This is where your travel business operates behind the scenes.

How Vendor Access Works
💡 Recommendation: If you are new to the travel industry, we recommend focusing on a few key vendors first.Choose partners that genuinely interest you or align with the type of travel you want to sell. This allows you to Build confidence faster-
Start by identifying which vendors or travel experiences you’re most interested in selling.
You are not expected to learn or activate everything at once.

For each vendor you choose to work with:
You will create your own login
You will register as a travel advisor under that vendor
You will gain access to their booking platform

These are designed to help you understand their products and improve your ability to sell and book confidently.
