If you’re new to Nexion, this is the best place to begin.

These first steps will help you set up your account, understand how the platform works, and build a strong foundation as a Luminary.

Take it one step at a time — you don’t need to complete everything at once.

Your Nexion access will be created after you complete your Luminary Profile Form.
Once your account is ready, you’ll receive an email with your temporary login details and instructions on how to access your Nexion account.

Begin with Nexion University and complete the Setting Up & Getting Started module.

Learn how to register with suppliers.
This quick email allows Nexion to set up your supplier logins so you can begin accessing booking tools and partner systems.
Instructions:
1. Open your email. Send the email to supplierwebsites@nexion.com
2. Use the subject line: Setup Accesses – NexionID#XXXXXX
3. Follow the sample template below:

Hello,

Please set up my access for the following supplier accounts under my Nexion profile.

User Name / Number: NexionID#XXXXXX

Requested Access:

Globus
VAX
World Agent Direct – Delta Vacations / MLT / Aeromexico / Worry Free Vacations / Continental Airlines Vacations
Sandals / Beaches (Unique Vacations)
AA Groups

Thank you for your assistance.

4. Replace NexionID#XXXXXX with your actual Nexion ID number.
5. Add your full name at the end.
6. Send.
7. Request another batch of access.

Important: Only send abother request after you receive a response from your first batch email.
Nexion processes a maximum of five suppliers at a time, so waiting ensures your request is not delayed or rejected.
You may also choose different suppliers based on the list available inside the Nexion portal.
