Go Travel Community is operated by JEREMY LLC ("Go Travel Community," "GTC," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website, requesting our services, or making a reservation through Go Travel Community, you agree to these Terms, to the extent applicable to the services you use.

Please read them carefully before using our services.

  • Travel advisor services

  • Community memberships and related programs

  • Travel information, promotions, and customer support

Certain travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers, including cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation providers.

Go Travel Community may act as an intermediary between travelers and these suppliers.

2. Eligibility and Use of Our Services

By using our services, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required.

  • You provide accurate and complete information when submitting inquiries or making reservations.

  • You are authorized to make reservations and provide information on behalf of any travelers included in your booking.

  • You will comply with applicable laws, supplier requirements, and these Terms.

You agree not to misuse our website, submit fraudulent information, or interfere with our business operations.

3. Travel Reservations and Bookings

All travel reservations are subject to availability, supplier confirmation, and the applicable terms of the travel provider.

Submitting a booking inquiry or requesting a quote does not guarantee availability or confirm a reservation.

A reservation is considered confirmed only when the applicable supplier has accepted the booking and the required payment or deposit has been processed.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing their booking details, including:

  • Traveler names and personal information

  • Travel dates and destinations

  • Accommodation or cabin categories

  • Pricing and payment schedules

  • Cancellation and refund conditions

  • Travel documentation requirements

Please notify Go Travel Community promptly if you identify any errors in your reservation.

4. Pricing, Deposits, and Payments

Travel prices are subject to availability and may change until a reservation is confirmed.

Depending on the booking, payments may include deposits, installment payments, final balances, service fees, taxes, gratuities, and other applicable charges.

Payment Plans

Certain bookings may qualify for installment payment arrangements.

When a payment plan is established:

  • The payment amounts and due dates will be communicated to the traveler.

  • Payments must be completed according to the agreed schedule.

  • Travelers are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

  • Missed or unsuccessful payments may affect the reservation, subject to supplier policies.

Automatic Payments

Where a traveler has separately authorized recurring or scheduled charges, Go Travel Community may process payments using the authorized payment method according to the agreed payment schedule.

Customers may contact Go Travel Community regarding payment questions or changes to their payment arrangements.

Processing Fees

Certain payment methods may incur a processing fee.

Any applicable processing fee will be disclosed before payment and assessed only where permitted by applicable law and payment-network rules.

5. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the travel supplier, destination, booking type, and applicable fare conditions.

Travelers should review the specific cancellation terms provided with their booking.

Cancellation requests must be communicated to Go Travel Community as soon as possible.

Depending on the reservation, cancellations or modifications may result in:

  • Nonrefundable deposits

  • Supplier cancellation penalties

  • Change fees

  • Loss of promotional pricing

  • Additional fare differences

  • Applicable service fees

Refund eligibility and processing timelines are subject to the applicable supplier's policies and payment-processing requirements.

Go Travel Community cannot guarantee refunds for amounts designated as nonrefundable under the applicable booking terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits refund rights that cannot legally be waived.

6. Community Journeys and Group Travel

Go Travel Community organizes and promotes group travel experiences known as Community Journeys.

These experiences may include hosted cruises, group vacations, organized activities, and opportunities for travelers to connect with other members of the community.

Participation in a Community Journey may be subject to additional terms, including:

  • Group reservation requirements

  • Deposit and final payment deadlines

  • Minimum participation requirements

  • Supplier policies

  • Activity schedules

  • Group-specific cancellation conditions

Itineraries, activities, accommodations, and scheduled events may change due to supplier decisions, weather, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Unless expressly included in the booking confirmation, optional activities, excursions, meals, transportation, and other personal expenses are the traveler's responsibility.

7. Travel Documents and Requirements

Travelers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all documentation necessary for their trip.

This may include:

  • Valid passports

  • Visas and entry permits

  • Government-issued identification

  • Required travel authorizations

  • Health-related travel documentation

  • Any other documents required by the destination or travel supplier

Travelers are responsible for confirming applicable entry, transit, and return requirements.

Go Travel Community may provide general travel information but cannot guarantee admission into any country or destination.

Failure to meet documentation or entry requirements may result in denied boarding, denied entry, or additional expenses.

8. Travel Insurance

Go Travel Community strongly recommends that travelers consider appropriate travel insurance.

Travel insurance may provide coverage for certain circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, travel interruptions, baggage loss, and other covered events.

Coverage, exclusions, and eligibility depend on the insurance provider and policy purchased.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing the terms of any insurance policy before purchasing.

9. Third-Party Travel Suppliers

Go Travel Community works with independent travel suppliers to facilitate travel experiences.

These suppliers may include cruise lines, airlines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation providers, and other travel-related businesses.

Each supplier operates under its own policies and contractual terms.

Go Travel Community does not directly control the operations, schedules, safety procedures, staffing, or service delivery of independent suppliers.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Go Travel Community is not responsible for losses arising solely from the acts or omissions of independent suppliers outside our control.

This provision does not exclude liability for Go Travel Community's own negligence, misconduct, or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
